Palm Beach-area alumni and friends are welcome to join Laura D’Onofrio, FCRH ’08, for Awakening You: A Spring Yoga Workshop. This two-hour class is designed for beginners and those at an intermediate level. Attendees are asked to bring their own mats.
The workshop costs $10 and includes a 30-minute kombucha social after class.
