Resources In Independent School Education (RIISE) supports families of color that are interested in alternatives to public schools for their children at the elementary, middle and high school levels.
This 7th Annual Seminar and Recruitment event will offer a panel discussion on opportunities to enroll in independent schools and what matters most; a school fair; and break-out sessions on the Admissions process; testing; and the independent school culture. If you are considering alternatives to public schools, this event is not to be missed. Confirmed participating schools include: Horace Mann, Riverdale Country School; Marymount School of New York; Fieldston Ethical Culture; School of the Holy Child – Rye; Greenwich Academy; The Browning School; The Town School; The Buckley School; Birch Wathen Lenox; St. Bernard’s; St. Hilda’s & St. Hugh’s.
The event is free and is hosted by Fordham School of Professional and Continuing Studies.
