Pomp and Pageantry Accompany a Once-in-a-Lifetime Opening

Four years after the first ceremonial shovel was thrust into the ground, and decades after it was first conceived, the Fordham School of Law’s new nine-story facility was officially declared open for business in a ceremony on Sept. 18.

Faculty, administrators, and students packed up their things and moved out of their old home in three waves during August. They moved into a space that is far and away larger, more modern, and more reflective of a world-class institution.
