The University is offering second doses of the Moderna vaccine for those who received their first dose on campus. Anyone unable to keep their assigned appointment for a second dose of the Moderna vaccine should notify [email protected]. If you do not already have an appointment to receive the second dose, contact [email protected] to reserve one.

If you are not receiving your second dose of the Moderna vaccine on campus, please contact [email protected] to let us know when and where you will receive it.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the New York state Department of Health, and New York City Department of Health, all advise vaccination as the best way to protect yourself and those around you from COVID-19, and to end the pandemic.

Thank you, in advance, for helping to keep the University community safe and healthy.
