Join us for a two-and-a-half-day seminar on The Deming Leadership System® and Management Method to improve your organizational performance and employee motivation.

Overview
The aim is for attendees to understand and begin applying Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge to lead and manage their organizations.

Guided by Deming’s 14 Points for Management, the instructor will reveal the Deming Philosophy, which reveals hidden barriers to collaboration, resulting in gains in organizational performance and employee motivation. There will be a light continental networking breakfast every morning.

Who Should Attend?

  • Executives
  • Management teams
  • Professors of management
  • Students in management and business programs

What Will You Gain?

Deming said, “a bad system will beat a good person every time.” At this seminar, you will learn to look at your organization through a new lens; a lens of how to make your system better—and thus get better results. You will gain new knowledge to remove barriers, increase efficiencies, reduce wasted time, boost motivation, and provide better insight into what’s really going on in your organization. And, you’ll discover how to measure what is (and is not) realistically possible for your organization to achieve.
