Join us for a hybrid lecture from Jana Schmidt, part of the Fordham-NYPL lecture series.
In the late 1930s and early 1940s, a small contingent of Jewish German refugees received asylum in the United States to find that the flame of democracy had been a sword to some. This event is open to alumni, faculty/staff, parents, students, and the public.
