IPED Spring 2021 Lecture Series: The Importance of Promoting Latin American Culture with Dutidú

Thursday, March 11, 2021
1 – 2 p.m.

How can Latin American parents promote their cultural roots to their children? Why is there a need for them to do so? What is it even like for Latin American kids growing up in Anglo-American culture? Please join the IPED community to welcome two passionate Latin American entrepreneurs, Maria Claire Vasquez and Maria Victoria Abreu, as they share their vision, Dutidú. She has had previous stints with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Bank, and the Brookings Institution. She earned her M.A. and a Ph.D. in international policy studies from Stanford University and the University of Maryland, respectively.
