About the Speaker
Peter S. Rogers, S. J., is the St. Ignatius Loyola Chair for the fall 2018 semester, teaching in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures. Father Rogers is currently an associate professor of French at Loyola University New Orleans. He is a native of Jeanerette, Louisiana, and has been a member of the Loyola Jesuit community and Loyola faculty since 1982. He has also taught at Texas A&M and Wake Forest University.
