Vivian Garcia-Tunon has been a leader in human resources across multiple industries, including financial services, private equity, investment banking, and start-ups. In her work as a recruiter, she has helped thousands of individuals land jobs. She has also worked as an executive career coach, assisting more than 300 individuals in their careers transitions. Vivian’s passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve professional goals that they don’t see or believe are possible for themselves.
Vivian is the founder and president of Elevation Line and pTc, platforms focused on empowering professionals throughout different stages of their careers. She is also the founder of VGT Consulting Group, a strategic human capital consulting firm that specializes in building high-performing teams in fast-paced growth organizations.
In her corporate career, Vivian served as senior director of human resources, business partner, and director of bank at Capital One Financial. She also held roles at American Capital Strategies and Credit Suisse.
