New York’s iconic Empire State Building will glow Fordham maroon on May 18—a commencement-night tribute to the Class of 2024 and a radiant symbol of the countless ways Fordham students, faculty, and alumni have lit up our hometown since 1841.

For generations, the Fordham community has helped to endow the city and the world with a sense of urgency and purpose that has come to define what it means to be both a New Yorker and a Fordham Ram.

Starting at dusk on May 18, look to the midtown Manhattan skyline to join the celebration. Share your pictures of this special tribute and don’t forget to tag us or use #Fordham2024! Won’t be there in person? Watch it on the Empire State Building’s live cam.
