Forum on Sentencing for Corporate Crime

NEW YORK— Stephen Cutler, the director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement, will join a distinguished panel of legal experts at a forum titled “Bigger Carrots and Bigger Sticks: Issues in Corporate Sentencing,” hosted by Fordham Law School’s Center for Corporate, Securities and Financial Law on Wednesday, April 20, at 6 p.m. in the McNally Amphitheatre at Fordham Law School. The event is free and open to the public.

Also participating is Richard C. Breeden, former chairman of the SEC; Timothy Coleman, senior counsel to the U.S. deputy attorney general; David Kelley, U.S. attorney in New York’s southern district; and Richard Walker, counsel for Deutsche Bank AG. Former U.S. District Judge John S. Martin Jr., will moderate the forum.
