Dear Members of the Fordham Community:

If you are planning to park at Rose Hill on Saturday, November 4 (Homecoming Day) we strongly urge you to arrive before 11 a.m.

Homecoming is among the few events for which we run out of parking spaces early in the day: Fordham has only 1,500 parking spaces in the Regional Parking Facility, and another 400 spaces in A lot, adjacent to the main gate—we were forced to close the Rose Hill campus to vehicles at noon last Saturday for Family Weekend. Should you plan to arrive later than 11 a.m., parking should be available off campus at E.189th Street, between Washington and Third Avenues.

We look forward to seeing our Alumni on Saturday, and want to ensure that your visit goes off without any parking difficulties. We would also like to remind Homecoming attendees that Fordham provides a reception tent with complimentary food on Edwards Parade; therefore, we will not permit tailgating in A lot on Saturday, November 4 (tailgating will resume for the final home game of the season on Saturday, Nov. 18, when the Rams take on Bucknell).

Sincerely,

John Carroll, Associate Vice President
Fordham Department of Public Safety
