In an April 7 event co-sponsored with New York University’s Glucksman Ireland House, Fordham’s Poets Out Loud welcomed Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin, one of Ireland’s premier poets as well as a renowned Renaissance scholar, editor, and translator.  Besides giving a public reading, Chuilleanáin spent time in a workshop with neighborhood public school students and met with Fordham undergraduate and graduate students as well.

Tom Stoelker is senior staff writer and visual media coordinator for Fordham News. After fifteen years as a freelance designer, Tom shifted his focus to writing and photography. He graduated from Lehman College, CUNY where he majored in English literature and photography and he received his master's in journalism from Columbia University.
