On July 11, University biology researchers joined with the South Bronx’s Rosedale Center to take Bronx high school girls to Fordham’s Calder Biological Field Station in Armonk, N.Y., for a full day of doing field experiments with insects and in limnology. The students, who were part of Rosedale’s summer job training program, were assisted by Fordham researcher Jennifer June Weber.
