On Nov. 12, 2014, Stephen Grimm, Ph.D., associate professor of philosophy, gave a lecture on what makes a person wise. Grimm is heading up a $4.5 million study on human understanding. The talk was part of a series of John C. and Jeanette D. Walton Lectures in Science, Philosophy, and Religion, being held at Fordham University.
