Everyone brings their unique perspective, skills, and experiences into their job, but not everyone thrives in the same work style. If you like personality and work style tests, you will love Human Design! Also called “Science of Differentiation,” this system is based on your innate energetic traits and shows how you are designed to work in an optimal way and lead with impact.

In this workshop, Tijana Buric, GABELLI ’15, will explain this complex system in a practical way so that you can learn how to create a career aligned with your unique work style and natural strengths, and how to navigate your path using specific strategies for each design type.
