Conference To Assess Beleaguered Digital Media

Dozens of top entrepreneurs, media executives and writers will assess the future of digital media at a conference titled “Silicon Alley Media, Down But Not Out: Booty Camp for Survivors,” on Tuesday, June 19, in the 12th-floor lounge of the Leon Lowenstein building on the Lincoln Center campus at 113 W. 60th St. “Silicon Alley has been shaken to its roots by an economic free fall, but is now on its way to recovery,” says Everette Dennis, director of the Center for Communications at Fordham’s Graduate School of Business Administration. The conference, hosted by the center and sponsored by Ironminds.com, features panel discussion on topics such as the future of book publishing and digital art and entertainment.
