New York American Chemical Society Undergraduate Research Symposium

Fordham University be hosting the 65th Annual NY American Chemical Society Undergraduate Research Symposium on May 6th.

Close to 300 undergraduate chemistry students and faculty from an estimated 25 colleges and universities in the greater New York metropolitan area will be in attendance.

The keynote speaker will be Fordham chemistry major and Honors Program alumni Jin Kim Montclare, Ph.D., FCRH ’97, associate professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering at the NYU Tandem School of Engineering. Dr. Montclare is currently Director of Graduate Studies of her department, associate director for technology advancement at the NYU Materials Research Science & Engineering Center, and a 2015 recipient of the Agnes Fay Morgan Research Award from Iota Sigma Pi, the National Honor Society for Women in Chemistry.
